buttonLocated on Australia's Country Way (A3) Mundubberra (Aboriginal for meeting place of the waters or footsteps in the trees) is famous for being one of the largest producing areas of table grapes in Queensland and is famous for many other Burnett Regional Flavours such as citrus, mangoes, peaches, lychees, nectarines, watermelons and rockmelons. Mundubbera also has a unique industry, an insectary! 'Bugs for Bugs' produce beneficial predatory bugs for crops and agriculture, cutting down the need for chemical sprays. Bicentennial park is a must visit with it's art walk, sensory garden, steam train and have sheltered picnic, barbecue and playground facilities available. Mundubberra is also home to an art gallery, museum, Jaycee's Park and the Riverside Motorcross raceway which is known as the best natural motocross course in Queensland. The Auburn River National Park, at the intersection of the Auburn, Boyne and Burnett Rivers, features a wild and impressive river channel of huge boulders and water-worn rock formations. The park offers a basic camping with facilities.
