Connecting2Australia is your local registered NDIS provider and we have been supporting and empowering people who have a disability since 1953. Connecting2Australia has 10 centres across Victoria.

Our philosophy reflects our understanding of the needs and goals of people living with a disability. You are in charge of your life journey and we are here to support and provide opportunity, greater choice and more control in your life. Disability is as unique as you are, there is no one size fits all. Our programs are tailored to help you meet your goals.

Social & Community Participation services are designed for you to take part in your community. It’s about getting out and about, whether you want to try a new hobby, play sport, take a class or hang out with your friends, we are here to help make it happen! Our team are here to deliver daytime group-based activities and individual support services that are designed to connect you with your community in a fun, friendly and inclusive way.

Daily Living Skills are those tasks and skills we use in our everyday lives. For example shopping, cleaning, cooking, using public transport and so much more.

We can support you with lots of different tasks! Whether you want to build up your own skills to eventually perform the tasks on your own or you need ongoing support - tell us about your goals and we’ll make it happen.

Supports in Employment can help you to build up your self-esteem by gaining employment where you earn your own income and learn new valuable skills. C2A has vacancies in our very own work crews in a range of various positions.
