About Us
The role of the Pets for Life Volunteer is to visit and support older members of the community in caring for their pets. The volunteer's role would be not only to ensure that the pet is well cared for, but also to be a support for the older person through regular visitations and discussions of the pet's needs. In most cases the role of the volunteer will be to assist an older person to walk their dog as to ensure the pet is getting enough exercise.
or looking after their own pet in their own home.
