Clare And Gilbert Valleys Community

Clare And Gilbert Valleys Council has an approximate area of 1,900 km².

It is comprised of 33 suburbs including Anama, Armagh, Auburn, Barinia, Benbournie, Black Springs, Boconnoc Park, Bungaree, Emu Flat, Giles Corner, Gillentown, Hill River, Hilltown, Leasingham, Manoora, Marrabel, Mintaro, Penwortham, Polish Hill River, Rhynie, Sevenhill, Spring Farm, Spring Gully, Stanley Flat and Steelton plus parts of another 2 suburbs.

It is comprised of the localities of Clare, Milne, Riverton, Saddleworth, Stanley and Upper Wakefield plus parts of Alma, Farrell Flat, Gilbert, Halbury, Light and Waterloo.

It is surrounded by the councils of Goyder Regional, Light Regional, Northern Areas and Wakefield Regional.

It is within the state electorate of Frome.

It is within the federal electorate of Wakefield.
