Shark Bay Community

Shark Bay Council has an approximate area of 33,000 km².

It is comprised of the suburbs of Denham, Monkey Mia and Useless Loop.

It is comprised of the localities of Carbla, Carrarang, Coburn, Dirk Hartog Island, Francois Peron National Park, Gilroyd, Hamelin Pool, Meadow, Nanga, Nerren Nerren, Talisker, Tamala, Toolonga, Woodleigh and Yalardy plus parts of Shark Bay.

It is surrounded by the councils of Carnarvon, Murchison, Northampton and Upper Gascoyne.

It is comprised of parts of the North West Central state electorate.

It is comprised of parts of the Durack federal electorate.
