It is comprised of parts of the councils of Brisbane and Ipswich.
It is comprised of the state electorate of Inala plus parts of Algester, Bundamba, Jordan and Mount Ommaney.
It is surrounded by the federal electorates of Blair, Moreton, Rankin, Ryan and Wright.
