At Strategic Psychology we offer focused psychological services aimed to assist with many of the difficulties which may be faced in life. Our trained and experienced psychologists will work with you in a sensitive and understanding way to help you to reach your goals and live a rich and meaningful life.

Our practice is located in the heritage listed Sydney building in the heart of Canberra city. This building is one of the earliest major developments of Canberra city, offering a historical location for your appointments.

We offer a variety of counselling services including Adult Counselling and Assessment, Relationship and Marriage Counselling, Child and Adolescent Counselling and Assessment, Family Therapy, Executive Coaching and Sports Psychology.

Upon entering our practice on the second floor, you will be welcomed into our warm and comfortable waiting area by our reception staff. This area has been designed to help make you feel at ease from the first moment you step through our doors. The waiting room is spaciously appointed with several different styles of comfortable armchairs and coffee table books to provide light reading whilst you are waiting to see your psychologist. Our friendly reception staff would also be more than happy to provide you with tea, coffee or water.

Each of our consulting rooms are modern and spacious, with comfortable seating to help you feel at ease during your appointments. Each consulting room is professionally appointed with your comfort in mind. The Sydney Building features large windows, allowing for optimal amounts of natural lighting in each of consulting rooms contributing to building a pleasant warm and inviting space for you to feel comfortable.

Your confidentiality is one of our main priorities, as such each of our individual consulting rooms are private and protected against noise from public areas in the building. Frosted glass is utilised in the waiting area towards public areas of the building to ensure you feel comfortable attending our practice and you are able to so with discretion.
