Welcome to Body & Movement Collective, a clinic offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, remedial massage, personal training & nutrition services. From acute injury & pain relief to sports performance, we help you stay out of pain & keep doing what you love. With long one on one, private individualised sessions, we create a treatment/training plan specific to your history, pain and goals.
We treat aches, pains, sprains & strains, headaches & injuries, and offer specialised care for pole/aerials, dance & flexibility + the LGBTQIA+ community. Plus, personal training and small group classes for general fitness and sport-specific goals.
All our sessions are one on one, individualised and private, ensuring you get the best care possible.

We help people whether they are in pain or looking to level up. We have a specific interest in pole dancers and aerialists and creating a comfortable, fun and respectful space for them, with practitioners who understand the unique demands of these art forms. We treat all people, and focus on long term changes and preventative health/wellbeing, encouraging strength building and cross training to help prevent future injuries. We differentiate ourselves through our individualised approach to every patient/client, getting people beyond just pain free but improving their baseline and encouraging growth - as well as our deep understanding of pole/aerials!
