About Us
Dance4wellbeing offers unique 1 hour community movement and music sessions for over 55s to improve mobility, social and cognitive health. Gentle exercise that utilises the fun and joy of simple dance and creative expression can greatly improve quality of life. All sessions on Tuesday mornings or online. Dance for Parkinson's program is a world wide evidence based program that is highly sort after.

Volunteer Notes
We welcome volunteers that can commit to Tuesday mornings ( not during school holidays) to assist with the morning tea set up from 11am -12.30pm. Also any allied health or care industry workers to assist in the sessions with the older adult participants.
