Wesley Mission Newcastle

The community hub provides a safe and supportive space which helps clients and community members to build social capital and connection.  The aim is developing community partnerships and networks for the local community to run training, group workshops and social activities. The hub provides information, referrals, social connections and pathways with warm friendly handovers into services, community groups and local activities through advocacy and empowerment. The purpose is to ensure no one is left behind.
