Matilda Nepean is a 90-bed sub-acute private hospital located in a world-class medical hub at Kingswood.

This health care facility brings a new generation of health care to the Nepean region – providing specialist inpatient care and day programs that foster health and wellbeing in a boutique hotel style setting. Our comfortable rooms, superior meals and focus on wellness and recovery provide a unique environment to optimise patient recovery and outcomes.

Matilda Nepean provides a range of specialist inpatient and day therapy programs and services. Inpatient specialties include mental health, rehabilitation, medical, geriatric and palliative care. Day programs are offered in mental health and a range of rehabilitation specialities. A comprehensive wellness program is also available, which includes Matilda Nepean’s signature gym and hydrotherapy programs.

All patients are admitted to the hospital under the care of a specialist doctor. Patients are comprehensively reviewed on admission and an individualised care plan is developed by a specialist doctor, who oversees and manages your care.

The model of medical care delivered to our patients at Matilda Nepean is based on the highly successful practice of individualised medical assessment, planning and care delivered at Matilda Health Care’s Sydney northern beaches hospital, Arcadia Pittwater Private Hospital.

The hospital developed opened to patients in February 2023.
