About Us
The Key Worker is the main person you will work with. They are there to support you to achieve identified goals for your family and child. You may work together for many years and you can expect your Key Worker to provide:
- Emotional support
- Information and advise
- Strategies to identify and address needs
- Advocacy
- Coordinate your access to additional specialist services as needed.
This is achieved through direct support and linking you with other professionals and the broader community. Your Key Worker may be a special educator or allied health professional such as an occupational therapist, speech pathologist, social worker, physiotherapist or psychologist.
