About Us
Effect Exercise Physiology is a health management clinic based in the Southern Highlands and Illawarra. We deliver specialised exercise rehabilitation, programming and lifestyle management interventions to individuals looking to manage/treat a wide variety of injuries, illnesses and/or disabilities.
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP) are university trained and accredited through Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA), which ensures that they are providing the best practice treatment, care and expertise to develop an individualised, graded exercise plan to assist you with your health goals.
