About Us
Zillmere Family Accommodation Program provides short to medium term accommodation for families in special need of support and case management. Individual case plans are structured to the specific needs of the client. Referral information for other housing options is provided.
Target Group
- Families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Our program provides short to medium term supported accommodation for up to 6 months to families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Our Accommodation:
We currently have 11 independent houses located around Zillmere, Aspley, Geebung and Boondall areas.
The amount of rent you pay is based on your income.
Centrelink rent assistance benefits apply.
What does “Supported” Accommodation mean?
Supported Accommodation means that as well as being provided with a house to live in, your family has access to a support worker. A support worker will have contact with your family on a regular basis as part of your tenancy agreement

How to Apply for Services:
People may apply in person or over the telephone on (07) 3865 2880 or by fax to (07) 3865 8530.
We also accept referrals from other agencies.
How are Applications for Accommodation Processed?
We do not have a waiting list.
Offers of housing are made on a priority basis, according to a family’s circumstances and suitability to a property at the time a vacancy occurs.
