Individualised Services 

Are you tired of your care and support needs being treated like another number? All About Living is able to give its participants the specialised attention they need as well as deserve, and we are more than willing to be flexible and tailor services to suit the needs of each person we care for. All About Living thinks of those we care for as family; choosing us means you won’t ever be treated as a number.

Personalised Carers 

Do you value trusting relationships with people who you invite in your home to assist you? OR Are you tired of being expected to entrust your personal care needs to strangers? All About Living understands that the best quality care is provided by the people you get to know and trust. We make every effort to ensure that our participants receive long-term care from support workers they feel comfortable with. Choosing All About Living means receiving care from people who understand you and your needs, and who you can count on to be there for you over the long-term.

Domestic Assistance - helps clients with domestic tasks, including cleaning, dishwashing, clothes washing and unaccompanied shopping (Support worker shops for you).

Personal Care - provides assistance with daily self-care.  Includes bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and getting in and out of bed.

In-home Nursing - Experienced nurses to provide short-term wound care or long-term health monitoring,  to keep you out of hospital and at home

Social Support (Individual) - assists clients to engage and connect within their community. Activities include visiting services, telephone based monitoring services and assisting the person with shopping and other related activities.

Social Support (Groups) - provides an opportunity for clients to attend and participate in social interactions which are conducted in, or from, centre-based settings. These activities are designed to support social interaction and independent living.

Respite Care - provides rest/break assistance to the carer. The carer may or may not be present during the delivery of this service.

Assessment - determines eligibility for subsidised services, determination of the client’s capacity to undertake activities and/or a specialised assessment such as ‘convenience’.   

Case Management - is available to clients with more complex needs. It may be short term or ongoing. It includes assisting a client to coordinate their services.

Goods and Equipment - are provided to assist a client with a functional limitation. Items include those that assist with mobility, communication, personal care and health care.  

Home Maintenance - assistance includes repair and maintenance of a client’s home or yard. Garden maintenance may include lawn mowing and the removal of rubbish.

Transport - assistance with transport either (in our car) or indirect (via taxi).

Allied Health – provision of specialised services such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy - evaluated group exercises, massage etc

Meals - Assistance with meal preparation and/or preprepared, nutritious meals.
