We’re committed to making our service is easy to access for anyone who needs it, including CHSP, HCP and NDIS recipients, and self-funded clients. 

We’re proud to be able to offer a single point of contact, and a consistent service across the whole of Brisbane.

We have no assessment criteria, lock-in contracts, or “subscriptions” that you cant get out of. Our Caring staff will also provide you with relevant information on government funding programs to ensure you maximise the benefit and receive the lowest price possible.

And rest assured – when you call the office, you’re speaking to one of our Caring staff at one of our two Brisbane locations.

Fresh and excellent

We believe that no one deserves second best.

Our nutritious and delicious meals are cooked daily by qualified chefs to ensure they’re fresh going from our kitchen table to yours.

We’re constantly striving to improve what we do, whether that’s providing more meal choices, more ways to order, or supporting more people. 

But we make sure to put our clients at the centre of our thinking – while we might offer online ordering, clients will always be free to return the physical order forms - please call us on 3354 3919 if you prefer to discuss your options over the phone or would like us to send you hardcopy menus.

Neighbourly nourishment

Our volunteers aren’t just delivery drivers, they’re a central part of our what we do.

This gives you the comfort of knowing that someone from our local community is checking in. We make sure to keep our delivery runs local, and have volunteers visit the same clients each week where possible to help build genuine connections.

We don’t rush our volunteers, and encourage them to chat.

All volunteers are police checked, and follow our policies and procedures to ensure a high level of care.
