SHENPEN AUSTRALIA
About Us
In this weekly meditation group, you will learn Dzogchen meditation practices and learn skills on how to focus and calm the mind.
Scientific research shows that meditation will not only change our mind but also our brain to bring about lasting well-being.
We become less distracted and more at peace with what we are feeling and experiencing.
You are also welcome to stay on and participate in our ongoing study course where we listen to and discuss recorded teachings on meditation and Dzogchen given by revered Tibetan lama, His Eminence Dzogchen Rinpoche.
The course is suitable both for beginners as well as those with previous meditation experience.
We meet the 1st and 3rd Saturday mornings of the month at 10am at the Quaker Meeting House at the BrisWest Centre in the heart of Paddington.
Contribution - $10/week or $80 for a 10 week course. Discussion is welcomed in cases of difficulty.
Shenpen Australia is a registered not-for-profit organisation.
Everyone is welcome - please phone on 0417 798 726 or email if it is your first time.
