About Us
Reconnect - support to young people aged 12 - 18 years who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, and their families, in Brisbane North East. Please call us for information on our specific catchment area.
School based support work - providing social work support to students in selected primary and secondary school communities in Brisbane North.
Group Work - we facilitate Peer Skills Training, Brita Futures and bespoke group interventions - through grants or fee for service arrangements. Please contact us on 07 - 3266 5199 for enquiries.
