Regather works from a holistic perspective, understanding the impacts that everyday life pressures place on people’s stress levels, mental health, parenting, relationships, decision making and general wellbeing.    

Regather takes the time to understand what type of support or problem people are trying to solve.  This way we can determine what type of support is required and should Regather not be the ideal support option, or additional support is required, a referral of support will be offered.

Over the years, Mel from Regather has gained experience in youth work, community development, child protection, intensive family support, domestic violence, mental health recovery, suicide prevention and trauma based counselling.
