IN-STeP is a non-profit community organisation that has delivered a variety of programs within the North Queensland community since 1995, under its original name: the Townsville Thuringowa School Industry Training Program.

IN-STeP is committed to serving the community through Service Provision, Community Development and Organisational Development. IN-STeP is dedicated to achieving the highest standards of service to the community and in undertaking our business activities, maintain a healthy and safe environment for our management, staff, customers and community.
