Our psychologists are compassionate and empathic clinicians, dedicated to fostering a warm and secure therapeutic environment where individuals can openly explore and comprehend the challenges they face, striving for transformative change. We work from an attachment, trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, drawing upon a range of evidence-based interventions to tailor therapy to individual needs. We tailor our approach to each and every individual who we support. Our approaches can include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Compassion-focused Therapy.

Our practice accepts private health, private fee, NDIS and Medicare clients. A GP Mental Health Plan can be made to our psychologists to access up to 10 psychology sessions per year. Upfront payment is required for private clients, with individual rebates dependent on your insurer.

Our practice also offers social work and positive behaviour support services for those accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
