The Eritrean Community Association Gold Coast Inc is located in both suburbs of South-port and Labrador in both Division.

Our vision: Building inclusive communities improving outcomes and creating sustainable opportunities for all Eritrean in the Gold Coast which connects with the Eritrean heritage back home as well as with Australian Societies.
The Eritrean Australian Community and Settlement Support Network Services (EACSSN) is a community association with a mission to provide free services to culturally and linguistically diverse communities (CALD) residing on the Gold Coast. Our primary focus is to support and assist vulnerable individuals and families, particularly those who are newcomers to Australia, specifically refugees, migrants, and those holding humanitarian visas.
At EACSSN, we understand the challenges and barriers that these communities face when settling into a new country. Our Settlement Services Program (HSP) aims to build their capacity and enable them to overcome inequality, ultimately empowering them to achieve their goals.
Through our HSP, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to address the specific needs of CALD communities. These services include language support, employment assistance, education and training programs, housing support, health and well-being initiatives, and social integration activities.
Language support is a fundamental aspect of our services, as it plays a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and integration. We provide language classes, translation services, and access to interpreters to ensure that language barriers do not hinder access to essential services and opportunities.
Our employment assistance program helps individuals find suitable employment opportunities by providing job readiness training, resume writing assistance, interview skills development, and networking opportunities. We also collaborate with local businesses and employers to create employment pathways for our clients.
Education and training programs are vital in empowering individuals to enhance their skills and knowledge, thereby increasing their employability and contributing to their overall well-being. We offer various educational workshops, vocational training courses, and mentoring programs to support our clients in their personal and professional development.
