Blue Care - Multicultural Community Services - Ipswich

The Blue Care Multicultural Liaison Coordinators main aim is to assist culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities to access appropriate Home and Community Care (HACC) services. The position is accessible to all HACC services and CALD communities in the West Moreton region and can include for example, providing staff resources, staff training on cultural issues related to health care, systemic or individual advocacy, or HACCs information sessions for CALD groups.
