CheckUP works collaboratively at the strategic, regional, and local level to create healthier communities and reduce health inequities. Through our range of health programs and initiatives, we have an established footprint in over 180 communities across Queensland: delivering over 170,000 occasions of service per year to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people living in rural and remote communities. As the jurisdictional fundholder for the Outreach Programs in Queensland, CheckUP has established a strong network of healthcare providers, including general practitioners, nurses, and allied health professionals, who deliver essential services to communities across the state.
