Sylvia is a qualified Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a broad experience working in mental health, ranging from crisis intervention work, skills training, individual and group training, case management and outreach.

We understand that there are times when the challenges of life can make us feel overwhelmed. How we deal with difficulties in our life is an important aspect in how we move forward and ultimately who we become as people. 

Our aim is to work in a diverse way to help you find understanding and clarity and move towards personal growth. We facilitate this journey by creating a more balanced way forward in your life.

The therapy integrates several evidence based approaches into a personal care plan. Everyone is different and one approach does not always fit all people so we will tailor the treatment around you and your needs as much as possible.

Individual Therapy
Tailored psychotherapy, based on your personal goals to overcome mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders, anger, bullying, stress, self harm.

Couples Therapy
Psychotherapy can help gain insight into who you are as a couple, why you do what you do, and what you both really long for.

Group Training
A variety of group based therapy/training to find recognition, support and skills for strengthening your mental health. Eg; Anxiety & Depression, Stress Management

Workplace Mental Health
Evidence based, practical and insightful training to enhance awareness of mental health and educates employers and employees on the impact to their own wellbeing, career and workplace.
