About Us
- Superior Support Coordination Services – Let us help you understand how to understand & use your plan to maximize your funding. We find service providers & negotiate service agreements so you can access the supports you are funded for. We also support you with plan reviews and guide you through the NDIS process.
- Social Support – we have a team of dedicated support workers that are here to support you to connect in your community. We can help with attending appointments, shopping or visiting family & friends, access to reactional activities, attending community events, sporting clubs or social groups.
- Individual support – Our experienced support workers can help with a range of personal care services & daily living tasks.
- Modifications & Garden Maintenance - for qualified trades to build your ramp, handrails, & gardening to make life that bit easier for you.
- GROUP Programs - Come check out our NDIS group Program run at YHES house in Southport (Scarborough Street) (register your expression of interest by sending us an email )
