Personal Safety Alarms

We are a provider of Tunstall Healthcare’s Personal Safety Alarms in parts of South-East Queensland.

Personal Safety Alarms are devices which you can use to raise an alert to a monitoring centre that operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Once an alert has been received by the monitoring centre, a care consultant will talk to you through the alarm’s base unit.

The care consultant will ask you how you are and if there is anything you need such as the calling of an ambulance or an emergency contact (such as a neighbour or a family member) if you are have fallen over and cannot get up or you have injured yourself or you are feeling unwell or unsafe.

The care consultant will stay on the line with you until help arrives and your nominated next of kin will be notified if you are taken to hospital.
