TURSA delivers and an exciting and unique program through Workforce Australia – Transition to Work. Tailored specifically for young individuals like you, we build the program around the focus of “Your Voice, Your Choice”. Our program aims to provide the guidance.

Disability Employment services

If you are looking for sustainable employment or want to return to work, we can help you. Our Disability Employment Advocates not only provide free employment services, but they work with you to understand where you are at and where you want to be. Our plans are tailored just for you, focusing on building your confidence and achieving your goals. Support may include:

• Creating a plan with you to achieve your employment goals
• Support to access other community services if needed
• Resume Help
• Interview Coaching
• On-site computer facilities for you to use
• Support liaising with suitable employers
• Job Training, Workshops and Education
• Relocation Assistance
• Workplace Modifications
• On-the-Job Support for up to 52 weeks or more when you start work
