Next Step After Care

Next Step After Care program supports Youth (16-24) that have been in care. We promote independent living, walking alongside youths to help achieve individualised goals. Advocating to achieve the best possible result for a bigger, brighter future for youths that have been less fortunate. lesioning with community supports and promoting the right channels for Youth engaged with the program. This is a volunteer program and Youths can engage when ever and how ever often they feel they need.

Next Step can access funding to Youths to support independent living this includes but not limited too- House hold items, driving lessons, text books, training, etc
