Affinity Senior Care, has been founded by an experienced community registered nurse who wanted to establish a business that would deliver the type of high-quality home care services we would all like our family and friends to receive. We are here to help people in our local community, in the Brisbane North and Moreton Bay region.  

Our expertise and experience means we can help clients navigate the programs and services that are available in the community, including My Aged Care.  We are able to assist with home care package management.

The goal of Affinity Senior Care is to promote health, prevent disease, treat existing health problems and optimise the well-being of individuals so our clients can remain at home.  We partner with clients to assist them to create their own Circle of Care from the people they select.  

We are an innovative company and offer in home visits which includes personal care, nursing, allied health, home maintenance and other services. We are also able to provide technology services for in home health monitoring using smart devices and telehealth services.  All of our clients can access a digital concierge which enables enhanced communication for appointment reminders, distribution of news, video calls and information sharing.

We are passionate about helping people to have the confidence to remain at home and coordinating the support required.  We focus on listening to understand those we serve.
