How we work
Is the therapy we use the right fit?

We predominantly use EMDR therapy in our psychology clinic. We draw on a range of other psychological interventions including schema, ACT and DBT during the early phases of EMDR. EMDR is an evidenced-based intervention which explores past, present and future events which contribute to psychological symptoms. It is a structured therapy which essentially gets to the root cause of psychological distress.

Pamika Brischke

PSYCHOLOGIST, NOOSA, SUNSHINE COAST

Pamika is empathic, compassionate and non-judgemental. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to ensure they feel safe, validated and supported. 

Pamika draws on psychodynamic therapy to explore how present issues and your sense of self  may be rooted in your early childhood experiences.

She purposefully combines ACT, Schema, EMDR and DBT therapies to improve emotional regulation and treat the root cause of present symptoms.
