We offer accommodation services for NDIS and Aged Care Recipients, Hospital Releases, Emergency, DV, Homelessness.
About Us
We have a dedicated team of Management, Coordinators and Support Workers that work with NDIS participants, Aged Care recipients, Hospital discharges to help them use and understand their plan, assist them to make their own choices, and be as independent as possible.
Our staff assist with Household Tasks, Personal Care, Community Participation, Life Skills, Life Transitions, Transport and Travel Skills. Our Coordinator will send Referrals to Therapy and Equipment providers, attend appointments with you, help with your plan reviews, do Reports and Case Management, Budgeting and Plan Understanding, undertake Psycho-social Recovery Coaching, and work with the participants to reach their goals.
We also offer accommodation - Respite, Emergency hospital release, SIL (Supported Independent Living), STA (Short Term Accom), MTA, (Med Term Accom) in one of our 2 beautiful 4-bedroom homes in Moreton Bay near the beach, shops, and transport. Our staff can take you out on shopping trips, to church, on excursions, day visits to theme parks, zoos and animal sanctuaries, or to the movies, ten pin bowling, skating, swimming at the Lagoon, or just for a picnic or BBQ. You can have lunch at Dolphins Leagues Club, visit local markets, and much more. We base our costs on your funding, and how much you want to do. We have never charged full price
We have extended office hours of business - 8am - 9pm 7 days a week. We have staff available from a short 2-hr shift to have a coffee and a chat, through to a 24-hr shift with a special-needs client.
We work with anyone who is Aged or has a Physical, Emotional, Neurological or Intellectual disability.
