About Us
We provide a range of free dental services to eligible people living in Central Queensland. We provide services for adults in community dental clinics and children in mobile dental vans or school clinics.

Adults
Free dental care is available to adults who are Queensland residents and hold one of the following cards:

Pensioner Concession Card

Health Care Card
-
Veterans Affairs Pension Card

Queensland Seniors Card
-
Commonwealth Seniors Card
How to access this service
Our services are provided at Community Dental Clinics across Central Queensland. Call your local Community Dental Clinic to make an appointment.
Children and Adolescents
Free dental care is available for children and adolescents who are Queensland residents and who are:

in Prep (aged over 4 years) through to year 10
-
years 11 and 12 with a current Centrelink Card, Healthcare or Pension Card
-
aged 0–4 years whose parents have a current Centrelink Card, Healthcare or Pension Card
How to access this service
Most services are provided either at a dental van or clinic and are offered to schools at different times. Parents are notified by newsletter or letter when their child’s school is being offered dental services. To maintain healthy teeth, parents are encouraged to access this free service.
The Child and Adolescent Oral Health Service has both fixed and mobile clinics. Opening times of the clinics vary and we are often with patients, so please leave a message if we are not available to take your call.
