Memba Care focuses on person-centred support that believes in an individual’s strength
to achieve their goals and aspirations. We aim to provide staff who will line up with a
client’s interests, needs and wants to ensure they feel comfortable and enjoy the time
spent with our company. Memba Care uses written and verbal feedback from our
participants and carers via surveys, emails, drop-in centers, or phone conversations to
ensure we are constantly improving. Our team has significantly invested in providing the
best support for both mental and physically disabled clients. Memba Care cares for
clients with various disabilities, so we ensure that our training is relevant and up to date.

At Memba Care, we have a team of dedicated, trained workers who love making a
positive impact on the people we support. Our team is diverse in the sense of their
extensive experience, skills and unique personalities. They all have one thing in
common: a passion and drive for supporting and inspiring people to live the lives they
choose as autonomously as possible.
