YOU Movement currently offers support coordination with an experienced support coordinator for all NDIS participants, a qualified Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Support Worker with 16 years' experience working with people with a disability. We will be offering support work services early 2024.

Nicci - Support Coordinator has experience expanding over a decade in Case Management, Project Coordination and advocacy; working with vulnerable young people and adults to address both their psychosocial and practical needs, as well as collaborating with both government and community organisations. Nicci supports her clients to meet their needs in a person-centred approach; empowering people to achieve their goals. Nicci can work with you to ensure that you are getting the most out of your NDIS plan.

Louise - Support Worker Coordinator has a background in education, working as a primary school teacher for almost two decades, specialising in working with students with disabilities. She brings with her abundant knowledge in accessibility, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, working alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support specialists and Guidance Officers. Louise also has a passion for educating others and will provide comprehensive training to our Support Workers, to ensure your Support Workers are suitably trained to meet your individual needs.
