Since then, the membership has increased to well over 100 and the area has expanded to include the Scenic Rim, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast, Brisbane and Redlands districts.

Tamborine Mountain Regional Botanic Gardens Golf Club
The Club was formed in 1982 when it undertook the challenge and responsibility offered by the then Beaudesert Shire Council to develop and maintain a Botanic Gardens on 11 hectares of lantana and scrub covered land in Forsythia Drive Eagle Heights. This mammoth and marvelous task has been carried out by countless volunteers ever since.
