Awakened Counselling offers face-to-face, online and phone counselling for people from all walks of life.

Taking the ‘clinical’ aspect out of counselling, you will be welcomed into a safe, supportive and understanding space that not only accepts but celebrates who you are, while building on your unique strengths and resilience.

I believe my job is to facilitate your own innate ability to grow and evolve. And while everyone’s reasons for seeking counselling are different, it’s often a time where you feel something needs to change. I’m here to help you navigate that process, including experiences of:
