About Us
The class has 5 sections of dance movement and each section is built on as we go. Music is varied and we cover a range of styles.
1. Seated, arms and torso
2. Seated, feet, ankles, legs
3. Standing, legs, balance, NB Seated versions are taught for those who prefer to remain seated.
4. Across the floor dancing. Again, there is a seated version.
5. Relaxation and close (Seated)
