About Us
Mental health service delivers specialised assessment, clinical treatment, and rehabilitation services to reduce symptoms of mental illness and facilitate recovery across all age groups. Mental health services are focused on providing care to clients who experience the most severe forms of mental illness and behavioural disturbances. Services are for:
- people with Dual Diagnosis (DD) of mental disorder and concomitant intellectual disability
- people with an acquired brain injury and associated mental disorder and /or severe behaviour problems (ABI)
- people who suffer a mental disorder and require treatment in a specialised secure facility
- people aged 65 years and over who require both specialist psychiatric and aged care and who cannot be cared for in any other setting
