About Us
Both the Garbutt and Upper Ross Community Centres are welcoming, friendly spaces where individuals and families can receive support with managing every day life or come in and have a yarn and a cuppa.
The Services provided include Information, Advice and Referral; involvement in Social and Support Groups; access to Computers and the Internet; Legal Advice Service; help with Financial education, Budgeting and access to No Interest Loans; Community Education including parenting; as well as the Individual and Family support.
