About Us
Our Palliative Care is a service dedicated to the care of patients suffering from a life threatening illness that is not responsive to curative treatments.
Palliative care concentrates on a person’s quality of life by managing symptoms, and meeting a person’s social, emotional and spiritual needs.
It also provides advice, support and education to family and friends.
It is an active and comprehensive form of care and the goal is to prevent and relieve suffering for patients, regardless of the stage of disease or the need for other therapies.
