Regain Balance - Counselling, Health & Wellbeing

I am a Level 2 registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), qualified in counselling and community services and continue to further my studies within my main areas of interest.  I have an extensive background in nursing where I have been fortunate to specialise in women's health, health promotion, nutrition and lifestyle support and chronic disease management.

I work with people who need support with stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTS, behavioural addictions and substance abuse disorders, adolescent mental health & wellbeing, parental and relationship support, men's & women's health, health promotion and support.
