Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselling at Ballarat Community Health provides therapeutic support to individuals who are struggling with substance abuse or addiction, along with support for family members and significant others.

Our counsellors can work with you to address a range of challenges associated with your alcohol and other drug use.

Counselling sessions can be tailored to your individual needs with a focus on general support, goal setting, education regarding the short and long-term effects of substance use and its effects on mental health, developing strategies and skills to prevent relapse, support behaviour change and referrals to internal and external services where appropriate.
