About Us

Arches Audiology is a local independent clinic passionate about helping people build better connections and sound connections. We have a passion for helping people achieve their hearing and communication goals. Our areas of expertise is in Auditory Processing Disorder evaluations and therapy for young children (aged 3;6 years and older), Diagnostic Audiological Assessment for young children (aged 3;0 years and older) and adults, Hearing Services Program fully subisidised hearing aid fittings as well as partially subsidised hearing aids who require additional features such as rechargeability and better performance in complex listening environments, Auditory Training with or without hearing aids, Aural Rehabilitation with or without hearing aids, Tinnitus Management Sessions with or without hearing aids.

We believe in client advocacy, multi-disciplinary approach, patient-centred and family-centred approach.

As our clients have needs beyond audiological needs, Arches Audiology believes in widening our impact on communities by supporting by volunteering and/or regular donating to Rotary Club of Springvale City, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Save Cambodian Children Fund Australia charity.

In clinic available Mondays (Churchill), Tuesdays - Fridays (Mulgrave)

Home visits and weekend appointments available upon request
