About Us
Walk the Talk Fitness is managed by Matt, having recently completed a certified personal training course it is Matt’s aspiration to turn others ambitions into reality.
“I want to work together with anyone who has or had the desire to change their lifestyle and physical appearance, with their motivation and my guidance any goal is within their reach” – Matt
Matt has been involved with fitness and training for the last 5 years, making his own transformation and experimenting with all styles of training, nutrition and motivation building. Furthermore Matt has trained with a large demographic of people, varying in age, gender, creed, race, motivators and goals.
