Our recovery based and trauma informed approach ensures that the participant is at the centre of how services and supports are structured to ensure more positive outcomes. 

All of our support coordinators and therapists are qualified in providing supports to even the most complex situations that a participant may be experiencing. Our practitioners have good experience in many areas of complexity including homelessness, alcohol and other drugs, transition into or out of psychiatric or hospital care, transition into or out of disability supported accommodation such as SDA, STA, MTA and SRS style accommodations and significant behaviours of concern.

We ensure that a high level of communication is maintained with all our participants with the objective of making sure the participants we support are fully informed about what is happening with their supports. This ensures that participants can make the best decisions for themselves and the goals they want to achieve.
