24*7 Complex Support

Providence Healthcare provides Round-the-clock Support for individuals with complex or multiple support needs. Our 24*7 Complex Support includes skilled support workers, rapid hospital discharge, Community Access, and in-home support.

Support Coordination

Providence Healthcare has in-house Support Coordinators who are well connected and have a wide range of contacts and deep sector knowledge. Our goal is to help you get the best out of your NDIS plan and develop your skill sets to make informed decisions.

Supported Independent Living

At Providence Healthcare, we have an experienced team that will work with you to develop SIL supports that are completely tailored to your needs. This can include shared hours of one-to-one or two-to-one support and include any type of overnight support.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Providence Healthcare has a team of qualified, innovative, collaborative, and respectful Recovery Coaches who combine the principles of recovery-orientated practice with coaching principles to help you take more control of your life and to better manage the complex challenges of day-to-day living.

Early Childhood Intervention Services

Providence Healthcare provides Therapy-based support for children with developmental delays & disabilities aged between 0 to7 years. Our services include both in-person and telehealth modes. Our goal is to empower children through early intervention and help them develop life skills, strong relationships, and so on.
