About Us
With a membership of over 4500 men and women, Prime Movers provide exercise for the active older adult. Over 75 classes are held each week in the metropolitan area and Mandurah area. They are conducted by accredited volunteer instructors. 2024 Annual membership $20.00 class fee members $5.00, visitors $6.00
Please wear comfortable clothing and lace up joggers and bring a bottle of water.
