Short-term residential service (up to 30 days) providing support for your recovery from mental ill-health that helps you transition out of hospital, or avoid a hospital admission. The service is voluntary and free. The Rockingham step up/step down service is provided by Mind Australia.

Stroke Foundation: StrokeSafe Volunteer Speaker Program

Our StrokeSafe volunteer speakers are trained in public speaking and experienced in delivering life-saving messages about stroke. Our volunteers cover a range of issues that will help your organisation or group better understand stroke and how it can be prevented including; what a stroke is, how to recognise the signs of stroke, what to do if someone is having a stroke, how to prevent stroke.
