About Us
Counselling for young carers
When someone close to you changes because of mental ill-health you may feel a range of emotions including anger, loss and sadness. We offer free and confidential counselling to young people who are supporting a family member or a friend living with mental health challenges, including:
- Individual counselling appointments for young people aged 7-17
- In-school counselling for students aged 7-17
- Phone counselling for young people in regional and remote WA on 1800 811 747
School Holiday Programs and Workshops
When a young person must care for or worry about a family member with mental ill-health, they can feel very isolated and overwhelmed. Knowing that there are other young people going through situations can make a world of difference.
Our school holiday program and after-school workshops are a great way for young people to make new friends, learn new coping skills, build resilience, and improve communication. Contact us today to book a program or workshop near you.
